Historical and modern buildings collaboration. This is a multi-apartment residential eco-house for young families. The residential complex has become a lifestyle project where people live, work and take care of their health. The design goal was to create a landmark building that fits into inner city context. The house structure flexibility is transmitted through the undulated shape of landscaped terraces, which offer a picturesque view of Izhevsk pond. Trees and medium height shrubs are planted on all floors, bringing the landscape closer to the residents of the city.
