This is a family house for a young couple and three children. The house is located in Baranya county, Hungary. The builder wanted a one-story house and especially asked that there be no stairs inside the house. He requested the construction in two phases, in the first phase only the residential building. In the second phase, build the garage and the back terrace.
According to local building regulations, the height of each facade should not exceed 4.50 meters, a front garden 5 meters from the street had to be left.
The plans had to be prepared separately for both phases and submitted to the authority. It was an excellent opportunity to do this on a smaller but complex task with the possibilities provided by BIM. The plan was made entirely with ArchiCAD, including the visuals.
The rebuild filter manages the phases and also creates the layouts automatically. All facades were detached from the model, just like the sections that were modeled in detail. Data by co-designers such as the foundation plan or roof plan were also modeled. The door and window collections were also made from the model just like the room list.
The 3D model was a great success for customers. They appreciated the thorough work and being able to visually understand the plans of the house.
