The purpose of designing this innovation center is to create an environment for the development of modern technologies and sharing information about them to people. A person will be able to touch the future and realize his own idea here.
At the level of the first floor, there is a passage that divides the building into two blocks. In addition to the building, there is an area for a street exhibition, a track for drones, an amphitheater, an outdoor parking lot, and a small garden. Landscaping occupies a significant share of the site, preserving a significant number of existing trees.
The building is functionally divided into two parts. In the five-story block on the right, there are research laboratories, the three-story block includes office and administration.
The ground floor is fully designed for exhibitions, seminars and conferences.
On the second and third floors, there are terraces for relaxation.
In the basement, there is a parking lot, technical and storage rooms.
The facade solution is based on the preservation of the blocks as a whole building, separated by a contrasting transition. This is done using a system of hinged perforated white panels. Stairwells remain open, accentuated by a light facade.
To emphasize the different functional purposes of the floors of the building, it was decided to make the first completely glazed. Additionally, the hinged facade of the office block was cantilevered forward.
A monolithic frame structural system with reinforced concrete columns was chosen for the building.
The project made using ARCHICAD, Corona Renderer, Adobe PS.
