The purpose of this office design is bringing a functional yet flexible building, which can be placed in various urban areas. This seven-storeys building has operated approximately 300-400sqm office units and it is able to modify according to the scale of each business group. Specifically, the ground floor area offers common spaces for employees such as Café, Lounge and other flexible larger spaces in order to meet other demands (Exhibition, Workshop, etc…).
The atrium of this building has been designed bringing more natural light created aesthetical connection in working environment. Specially, The highlight of this artrium is 2 tier stair system system. This interesting intertwined design element which is not only satisfy the fire safety requirements, but also compliant with building structure. They form a particular favourable relationship between access and egress, yet propose a efficient solution for the second necessary escape route. In details, the escape stairs have been structured with fireproof precast concrete. Furthermore, the supporting constructed of the façade consists of exposed concrete prefabricated parts with an OSB structure and are fastened with oarlocks and anchors.
This project was operated entirely by BIM in Archicad software. All those net and gross areas were calculated with area tool of archicad, therefore, the building efficiency estimated. All the information of the building was formulated with Archicad and layout been written. And building model was archived in the pla file. All rendering photos were also made with Archicad.
